Tappers FA Status Post Rookie Contact

Does anyone know if Tapper will be a UFA or an RFA after his final year of his rookie contract. After sitting last season out, did he or did he not accure a season towards unrestricted FA.

I believe I read somewhere that Jaylon Smith did not and will be an RFA after his rookie contract is up.

No, Jaylon was on the NFI list all season, therefore never accruing a season.
