if you draft a QB who big enough to take hits, you can get away with keeping the oline for the most part...
if you get a QB who has a better arm the WR will not be pressed to run perfect routes every single time...
If you get a QB who is a leader, who can read a defense and call audibles on bad play call by his OC!
instead of replacing like 8 or 9 guys on O and its primary coaches why not replace the QB, see if that works.
