Romo throws less than 28 times for the entire game without audibling to a pass during early downs on short yardage/ goal to go plays, while never being in spread/shotgun in said situations.

A very good sound offensive game plan, that Romo follows, and stays with the runs when they are supposed too.
A very good sound defensive game plan, as said before, CB's do not play 10 yards off the LOS, and a good solid pass rush to keep building on.
