Ten Years ago today Dallas played the Rams at Texas Stadium and Romo made his signature play. I can still sense the atmosphere from this day. The stadium was awesome and it was a great moment to be a part of.

also Jason Witten was on the Gameday program. It would have been a cool touch if the cowboys put Witten on the program tomorrow again but its Travis Frederick. Jason Witten is on the Eagles Program/Ticket this year.

Those were exciting times for Cowboys fans. Was salivating at the prospect of 10+ years with that guy at QB. Thought for sure we' d manage to win it all once or twice during that period. Still can't believe we screwed it up.

The good news is that he brought a lot of realistic hope back to watching the Cowboys. That period between Aikman and he (especially before Parcells arrived) still feels like the dark ages looking back.

He sure did. It was always a wild ride that had me faithfully on edge.

I was at that game with a friend. We were sitting pretty low in the end zone that Romo was running towards trying to recover that snap. Couldn't see much of anything that happened at the other end of the field but had a great view of Romo's recovery on that one play.
