Yeah, wonder if he's talking about his best case scenario at the end of this year: we don't offer him another contract and he sits and takes an mediocre offer from a horrible team?

Does THAT count as "taking your job?"

More horrible than 4-12?

Very replaceable. Not worth the veteran contract. Can find someone better in the draft.
Honestly we will not be able to afford him someone out their will give him a nice contract, and we have to many other key members we need to resign. You are right his replacement will be found in the draft

No Terrance.....you didn't do your job. And you have under performed since you got here. I hope Butler takes his job. Soon!

Why wouldn't they. He catches that.pass, we win the game. That ball couldn't have been thrown any better.

Then again, if Jacques Reeves does commit a defensive holding penalty (on 3rd down, no less) to extend a Giants' TD drive right before half, Dallas wins.

Or if Demarcus Ware isn't called for being offside on the same drive (again on 3rd down), Dallas wins.

Or if Wade/Garrett doesn't go into the game with a game plan that would end up exhausting Marion Barber in the first half, rendering him ineffective in the second half, Dallas wins.

This is fun...your turn.

I like it when players react this way to being challenged. Let's hope he can cash that check.

What it all comes.down to is the Cowboys had a chance to win, and Crayton dropped the pass. None of what you mentioned holds near as much weight.

Of course you are. People have been irrationally blaming Crayton for that loss for a while.

I get it. If a player is not "popular" they get the horns.

Williams has been pretty indignant in the media. And I can understand that.
How is it irrational? Crayton had a ball hit him in the hands on a crossing route that he would have piled up AT A MINIMUM 30 yards on. Then he stopped on a corner route in the endzone.

Sad to say this is completely accurate. At least Crawford can admit he plays horribly after signing his huge contract. I'd love to like TWill, but he's NEVER learned to catch with his hands and disappears from games worse that Dez.
Has he under performed any more than some higher picks like Escobar and Claiborne?

Bad news is if we don't resign him then we'll be using a high pick next year in draft for another reciever instead of on defense.

There's no guarantee we make that 60 plus yard field goal . IMO the game was lost before that last ditch effort of a drive. I'm still shocked NY even punted after running the clock down our throats on their final drive.

We need a #2 who can stretch the field. Beas and Witten are great at moving chains but we need someone who has some wheels. Dez is not that guy, either. We have to make defenses play more than the first 10 yards from the LOS if we're ever going to do anything. Romo being down makes it even more imperitave.

Moving the chains is what preserves this defense of the cowboys in case you have forgotten about the 2014 season whether through the air or on the ground we dominated the time of possession in that first half and if we could of mounted a similar time of possession in the second half the Giants Dline would of been frantically searching for their lungs in the fourth quarter IMO. I know the vogue thing is to bash the scheme of the game, we were going to win this game if we kept moving the chains and our WR's held on to one or two of those tough throws near the end zone. The Giants were absolutely afraid of Bailey trotting out on the last play of the game as they should of been had another WR not taken us out of the game. Compared to other first games in the Jason Garrett era this was one of his better jobs of keeping the game in hand. Just think back about that opening day San Francisco game Sept 7th 2014 with Tony at the helm.
I am by no means happy with the outcome but I do see lots of things to look forward to this year as I have confidence in Dez, Beasley, and Dak to get more in sync, and no the defense is not one those things especially these next three games.

Terrence is the new Crayton, Newman, Wilcox, etc.

Its really stupid. People are upset with him that he didn't give us a shot at kicking a 62 yarder to win a game lol. Nevermind the fact the defense couldn't stop the run. Nevermind Dez and Beasley dropping footballs......no, its Terrence Williams.....he's the reason we lost lol. Unbelievable.

I was told, on no uncertain terms that Dak didnt play well, and played a major hand in our loss.

Message to T-Will . . . be very careful what you ask for -- you're not indispensable!! Making boneheaded blunders isn't a right of passage.

I said all summer it was a matter of time until Butler took his place.
Not to jump on the hate train but I would love to see Butler get some more snaps.
Defintino of a team loss. But the story is T.Will.....amazing.

I didnt' know Collins had 2 holds in that 4th. Yikes.

Terrence lost the game because he didn't allow for us to kick a 64 yarder lol.....Laughable.
My only problem with Twill is that he made no effort to get out. No the loss wasn't his fault, it was a team effort, but mental errors like that sure didn't' help the cause.
