Did anyone else notice Terrance's awkward lean before he almost made contact with anyone while going through the hole.

watch his opening kick return again

Im probably being stupid I know, and Im sure Ill hear about it, but he looks so timid while attempting his return. I really like Williams dont get me wrong, I just think he looks scared on kick returns, and we should try someone else out there.

He makes me uneasy back there but after his debut I don't think we will see him back there again. Beasley makes me nervous as well tho

Yeah,. I don't like our kick or punt returners. Beasley looks like he is running in place and Williams looks timid as hell. There has to be someone on this team that can do better.

He is a WR.
He is not a kick returner.

Troublesome that our coaches can't see that, .. or don't know there is a difference.

I've seen almost every game he's played and do not recall seeing him return kicks since his early years at Baylor. When I saw that he was returning kicks I said to my brother-in-law, "he is not a kick returner, why do they have him back there?" then he fumbles a second later. It's like putting Alvin Harper back there.

He's a WR. A starting WR for this team. As he should be.. Get him outta there. Put Austin back there, he is expendable. Not the rook.

thats what happens when your return guy is hurt. you have to find someone who has done it before

Without Harris they should tell whoever it is to take a knee if it's kicked in the endzone. I know we are a little bit thin at RB, but I would rather see Tanner or Randle back there. They should at least be able to get it to the 20 yd line if kicked short of the endzone.

I agree.

Williams Is obviously not returner.

And I think it's a poor coaching deoision to use him in the first place.

And injury to him at this point in the season would be critical since Harris can't play 100% either as a WR should Williams go down.

Again..Garrett makes this final decision and he needs to stop dropping the ball.

To be honest I dont mind seeing him back there. I think it could be a nice job for him once he gets a little more experience and his fumble (which he was actually down on) will probably not be repeated. He has great speed and Im not even close to be convinced that he is even a solid #2 WR. His hands appear suspect.

He was down. That call really pissed me off.

For a rookie, Twill is doing a dam fine job. Dez and Twill will be 1-2 for years to come. Not many rookies could step in and do as well as TWill has. He has his bad moments, but he will only get better.

I don't like the idea of an offensive starter, like Williams, returning kicks. Bc of risk of injury. But I can't think of anyone else to do it. Oh wait... Claiborne returned punts in college. Maybe we could try that. He's not earning his money on defense so might as well try ST.

TW has made some plays, but Austin still gives this team more overall. Teams don't double Dez near as much when Austin in on the field than TW. Our offense had its lowest stretch when Austin whas hurt.

Besides, how many times do you think Austin will be able to return a kick before he aggravates his hammy again.

I'm just confused as to how they came upon the WR on the team with probably the worst run after catch ability in the entire position group to be a kick returner?

Guys who are soft with very limited lateral quickness don't make great kick returners... With the guys we add to this team on week to week basis's im actually surprised we never pick up a return specialist like a guy like Brandon Banks or someone who you could bring in for a week or two til Harris is healthy etc.
