It's best to sit him, better to cut him. The problem is we have held onto this guy for so long, he has all this experience but is being replaced by other average players, making considerably less money. His talent and ability is easily replaceable in this league.

I think we are actually hoping for a suspension so we can cut him without paying him in full. Was listening to one of the cowboy podcasts and they mentioned a contract clause based around conduct....

T Will was pretty good with Romo.
That's a recurring theme with pass catchers during the Dak era. Who really looks good/better with Dak at WR/te since he been starting overall compared to when Romo was here?

Good...He sucks. He should have been cut this summer. Parcells wouldn't have put up w/ his BS.

The guy is a marginal player, an average to below average player with no real upside. We should have upgraded or at the very least had some potential instead of resigning him when we did. We already knew what we had and knew what his ceiling was. When they talk about churning the roster, this is the exact type of player that should be churned. He wasn't going to help Dak, true he has experience, but a struggling QB with accuracy issues is not going to be helped by a body catcher with a limited catch radius.

Nicely put.

Actually they are. That's why Dez is gone. It's refreshing
Yeah he's gone, but the offensive woes have continued, even declined further. Dak is the problem yet people skirt around the obvious. What exactly is refreshing about a non existent passing game?

Williams hasn't faced the heat for under performing on the football field. If anyone should know this offense and how to get open it should be Williams. They should of cut or traded him last year.

He should have been released in camp. I will never understand the rationale behind so many FO decisions.

Williams is a BUM. He had a chance to be good, but he doesn't care enough about his craft to put the work in. He's completely dead weight.

This is exactly the kind of player we should excommunicate sooner rather than later. When Romo left, he became completely useless.

Worked well with Romo

So were:

Dez Bryant
Miles Austin
Laurent Robinson
Patrick Crayton

The answer is pretty d4mn clear in the "WR's making Romo look good" vs the "Romo making the WR's" look good argument. Romo was a casualty of a bumbling FO and Coaching staff....
