We have a lot of cap space...we cut him for what?....just to have more cap space

We are cutting him because he hasn't earned snaps over the others. I thought we would save real money by cutting him, but looking at the numbers just now its basically a wash. And his contract isn't guaranteed for next year, which means he would be a near-certain cut anyway instead of paying him 3.5MM.

Williams is a very flawed WR who has reached his ceiling. And, his ceiling isn’t that high. We can do better with someone with upside at this point.

What a thought! Irving is a beast when his head is on right. He will just make things better for Tank.
