Murry has no vision what so ever, and that is an extremely important facet for a RB. At least Dunbar has shown the ability to make sharp cuts with his head up and looking down the field. And his fumble today was VERY close. It was worth a shot to challenge it. Hell, let's even see if Randle can Handle (pun intended) some touches. I'm not sure Murray is the answer, even if we had better run blocking, which I admit was pretty damn atrocious today.
Murray runs to contact. For some reason he seems to love trying to hit people when he should try to avoid them. I don't think it's vision as much as it appears to be a decision to try and hit someone else.
I still like Murray.
I really wish he'd get off whatever high he gets from hitting people. It's great when you're pinned against the sideline but when you're in the open you don't need to hunt for someone to hit.
The new whipping boy...
I think only if outside the tackle boxIsn't it a penalty to lower your head?
DO NOT sign Murray to a long term deal!
Focus on the OL, DL and DB.
Runners, aside from AP are a dime a dozen.

I
have to agree. Murray has been very disappointing to me. Little to no wiggle with him. He must think he's the second coming of Earl Campbell. Clearly he isn't.
The new whipping boy...
It didn't take long for Murray to join the ranks of Julius Jones, Marion Barber and Felix Jones as a whipping boy for the fan base. Murray might not be Emmitt Smith, but this team has no commitment to the running game anyway.
Murray has no vision and he is costing us. There were sveral runs where he lowers head into the pile when a cut would result in big yardage.
He isnt the answer. Runs to darkness.
