Terrell McClain is not a lock for the roster

I just can't figure out how Hayden is a lock

He knows how to his job correctly/consistently poorly. That's about as much as I've gotten as justification for his presence. "So Hayden takes the pancake HERE, and then we wrap around him with the, etc."?

T. McClain is not eligible for the PUP. He has practiced in training camp which makes him ineligible.

I thought that might be the case. Wasn't sure. Still 11 is possible.

its a process (haha). we changed defensive scheme a couple of years back and it takes time to find the right players. we have addressed DE, CB and couple of LBs. we have some DT types and moved Crawford to 1-tech. the job is not done, so I expect some more LBs, safety and DT is on the docket for next year.
