his shuttle run is absolutely amazing.
that speaks well to his agility, which would have been the one potential weakness for someone that fast and explosive.
though his cone is significantly worse, but donald does weigh 40 lbs less.
cox cone score is also significantly better, but on the other hand, hill's jump scores (explosiveness) are far better than cox.

The only question I have is "is he coachable". The attitude concerns his last year are a bit of a concern but at least he isn't a beater or a chronic dope smoker. I don't think those attitude concerns followed him throughout his college career, more so in his last year. Coach him up Mari!

hill is a very good athlete, but I think you need to also note the production on the field with Donald and Williams. They may have been reasons why Hill wasn’t on the field but his production wasn’t strong this year. While he may develop into a very good nfl player, there are thousands of guys who had nfl starter traits who never made it in the nfl.
