Texans and potential trade down last night

Dallas was said to have been on the phone with the Texans, who wanted to trade up. Two calls but the Texans offer was said to have been low. The target was said to have been Booker.

Did anyone ever make mention of what the offer was?

Simmons, Campbell or Pearce would likely been Dallas pick there.

So let's say it was a 3rd and 4th (lower end value).

I heard somewhere that Houston only wanted to give up future picks and Dallas wanted picks this year
