Moulds was always dying to get free of buffalo and go somewhere and be a star, now he is released.

I think Antwan Peek is a free agent...he'd be somebody I could see us being interested in...decent pass rusher...has OLB experience in 3-4...wont break the bank either

Umm--no, no and no. Moulds can still help somebody, but Payne is nothing special and Wiegert is way too injury prone.

Payne played NT for the Texans his whole career up until Kubiak came in last season. He was 6-4 315 then, played at 6-4 302 in a 4-3. He would be a better backup NT than anyone the Cowboys had behind Ferguson the last two years. He was also a leader on the Texans defense. The negatives are that he is over 30 and has had some injury problems.

FA Antwan Peek would be the best acquisition, but at 6-3 237 he would most likely be a backup behind Ware.

I agree. Wade and the Phillips 3-4 could do wonders with Peek.
