TFY Draft Insider's Tony Pauline reports Florida State DB Jalen Ramsey is the top player on the Cowboys' draft board.

Pauline reported the same thing in February, and he says nothing has changed. An elite athlete with the ability to play both safety and corner, it is not a guarantee Ramsey is still on the board when the Cowboys pick at No. 4 overall, with the Titans (No. 1) and the Chargers (No. 3) as legitimate landing spots. Pauline also reports North Dakota State's Carson Wentz is the top quarterback on Dallas' board, and they "continue to be very high" on Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott.

Speculation is one thing, Don't see how or why he should be one to have that information definitively.

Its really hard to believe and on top of that he didnt get a VR invite, that doesnt mean we dont draft him at 4 at all but that whole tidbit is pure speculation .

Give me Ramsey, Wentz, Goff, Elliot, Tunsil, or a trade down with great value and I'll be happy

He doesn't, especially since the board things get underway Monday. I don't know why he chooses to continually word it like that.

I'd be happy w/Ramsey. Happier with Wentz and Elliott would
give us wins. I don't care about the "you dont draft a RB in the first round" crowd.
If your a "win now for Romo", Elliott is the man.
Ramsey would be great

Report: Cowboys, three other teams inquire about trading to No. 1 overall
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on...-others-inquire-about-trading-to-no-1-overall

...The Cowboys, Eagles and 49ers are all plausible, however. With picks that range from No. 4 (Dallas) to No. 7 (San Francisco) and No. 8 (Philadelphia), the Titans can take picks and move down a minimal number of slots.

Adding picks while not sacrificing an opportunity to pick up one of the top prospects would be a perfect move for the Titans.

Pauline reports the Cowboys have Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey on the top of their draft board. It's pretty likely the versatile secondary player is gone by No. 4 -- Dallas could certainly get him with the fourth selection, but it's possible he's snagged before they pick. If the Cowboys want to guarantee they get Ramsey, there's only one spot where they can do it...
