I just heard on 105.3 the Fan that the problem from here on out will be that every time Romo throws an int, it will give the team and the fans an out for bad play and a scapegoat for mediocracy (sp .. and also paraphrasing). No one will look at anything else but whether or not Tony throws an INT.

I just hope Tony doesn't start playing scared. That's my worse fear. INT's are the least of our problems. We need Tony to be Tony. We don't need him scared to make a play.

Somehow I doubt the team is letting "the fan" dictate their thoughts. The fan, nor any of the fortitude-challenged idiots on this forum have any real effect on this team.

As for the fans' scapegoat....who cares. They'd have one regardless. Good or bad.

If what the fans and the media make Romo play scared, then he is not the QB the Boyz need. And, I don't believe for a second that he will play just to appease the crybabies, or the media.

Romo will be alright...but there are other things that needed to help him out!

Two games...and the poor ******* should be hung with a new rope!????

I hope you are right.
We will see how discussion goes when we reach mid season and see what people still think and who supports Romo by then.

I hope I eat my own words, but I support what I said and I will not take it back. I think romo should be gone

In my opinion, a W against Carolina is just as important as a W against Philly in Week 17. Would love to see them win all those "big games" against lower echelon teams so we don't have to worry about winning a "big game" late in the season!

Yes, but the question is, and what the media has been asking also is if Tony Romo has the guts , courage or mentality i dont know what, to win and keep focused on big important games.

Thank you for loosing our FIRST GAME EVER in our new stadium.

I dont know about you guys.. but after this.... my faith and patience on this "player" are done!

We need to draft A REAL QB not this charade dude that will NEVER win THE BIG game.

I've been a supporter of Romo and i'll have to admit he's starting to wear on me after the other night. What we truly have with this so called football team is the same old crap again that happens with this franchise year after year. Stupid penalties at terrible times, Flozell is alway good for one at a crucial moment. Dumb throw from whoever the QB has been, even before Romo, turnovers, can't finish out winning a game on a consistant basis and then the proverbial chock on the turkey bone meltdown after Thanksgiving, and that will happen again this Thanksgiving if not before. Overall who are the players accountable to not Wade.

LAST GAME IN OUR Texas Stadium was lost by Hamlin, Keith Davis and co. Not Romo.

I'd 50,000 times rather spend draft picks and money getting young talent on the offensive line, a WR, and some help on D (Lbers, NT, Safety) then blow a high pick and a ton of money to (maybe, hopefully) get a "gutsier" QB.

Romo did not lose the Baltimore game. Twice he drove the team down field for scores. We were in position to win. Twice the defense could not stop 1 simple running play.

Now the Giants game, yes he contributed big time to the loss. But the defense couldn't stop the Giants from some big passing plays that put them in scoring postion. Felix Jones fumble didn't help any either.

I'm pretty down on Romo right now also. But in a few days, I'll be thinking, I'm glad we have a QB, over Quincy, Vinnie, Henson, Bledsoe, Johnson and who ever else was thrown out there.
