Maybe it's a knee jerk thread, but there's some truth to it.

We definitely need at least another corner with talent on this team. Maybe not so much with Henry healthy.. If he can stay that way.

But thank God we have two 1st rounders next year. We need them badly.

I think Carpenter and Fasano were bad picks and said so then but I don't blame BP.
His successes outweigh his failures in the talent acquisition.

Yup. I don't disagree with the premise. That pick could have been used better than having Carpenter stand on the sideline looking stylishly awesome with the new 'stache.

The draft is a gamble, sometimes it works out in your favor and sometimes, that can't miss does miss.

It's funny you didn't mention Romo, Ware, MBIII, Hatcher, Canty, Crayton and other starters whom BP selected or signed as a undrafted free agents.

Fasano wont be a bad pick, MAYBE for a 2nd rounder but when he is in the game, he does produce. He has really good hands.

I like him, and wished we could've gotten him in the 4th or something, but at that point in the draft, we passed on a ton of talent for a TE we already had on the roster.

I getchya man. Parcells inherited such an immensely deep talented team that a tweak here and a tweak there is all it needed. If only he would have kept Hutch or Henson and Hambrick and those guys on the O line and just added that one or two pieces we needed we would have won a hundred SBs in the last four years. Can't believe Carp has cost us so much.
