Connor Cook sucks, he doesn't have what it takes to play in the NFL.

I won't hold this game against him..

Oakland WRs did him no favors. The running game couldn't get going and by god that had the 2 worst starting tackles I've ever seen. It was like playing with 3 o-linemen
It looked like they had Rob Petitti at OT.

Not a big fan of Cook, but you're right, he had little chance. If he'd been playing and practicing all year as Dak has, no doubt he'd be a lot better than he showed tonight.

I think the kid has talent, but he had no chance

I don't think it's a real evaluation game for cook. The guy came in the very last game and played a playoff game against one of the top defenses in the league with both his primary receivers hurt.

It's like, oh you never drove a NASCAR at 200mph? Just get in and drive.

He hit a few walls, rubbed a bunch of cars, caused a few caution flags.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Who cares? Our GM drafted DAK. Cumulatively and collectively 31 of the other GMs has 133 chances to draft him and didn't. How stupid is everyone else?
You are right.

We should congratulate our collective brain trust for having someone beat them to the dummy finish line.

What? I asked you how stupid is the ENTIRE GM group in the NFL since Jerry is such an idiot for not drafting Dak until 134. Everyone else collectively missed 133 times. How stupid are they all? Please tell us. I am not sure I can measure it. You seem to be good at these things.

Long way to go to top the stroke of luck New England had with Tom Brady. Just look what he's done for that organization and Belichick.

Yeah, but Brady didn't do anything his rookie season. Dak is about to lead us to the SB. I still say we're luckier than NE.

Seattle wanted more and he said no. He apparently was willing to give a 1 and a 3. They wanted a 1 and a 2.

Either way, the trades involving 6 or more top 50 picks we have seen for QBs make those two scenarios no where near the high end.
Which first round pick was that? The one they had spent hours earlier on Zeke? Dallas had a high second round pick and didn't want to package a third with that to move back into the first.

Yeah my bad they were willing to give a 2 and 4 and Seattle wanted a 2 and 3. We said no.

Denver offered a first and it got my brain confuddled.

The point remains the same.

Doesn't matter look at Brady's career. When you draft a QB in the sixth round and they end up leading you to 6 SB's, winning 4 of them and become one of the top two greatest QBs in NFL history, nothing can top that kind of luck. Regardless what Dak does in the playoffs he's got a long way to go to top the luck NE has had with Brady. He's pushing 40 and is still playing as great as ever.

Connor Cook was the most overrated in a draft full of overrated QB.
