Thanksgiving Game...

I have a feeling that is a mistake. Dallas playes Tampa so that is 2 NFC teams playing and FOX carries the NFC. Detriot plays Miami and any time a road AFC team plays aginst the NFC CBS will carry that.

Last season Dallas played Denver and CBS carried that game and as long as I can remember they always alternate the game. Next season Dallas will play an AFC team and Detriot will play aginst an NFC team and the networks will alternate as well.

The NFL Network has been running promos about joining them for live NFL games starting Thanksgiving. I thought they were carrying the Dallas game.

It is FOX . It was just a typo on the Cowboys site. The editors on the Cowboys site often miss things. Read Spagnola's column and you will usually see typos.

The game does alternate each year between a NFC opponent and a AFC opponent, which in turn alternates which network covers the game.

The NFL Network has been running promos about joining them for live NFL games starting Thanksgiving. I thought they were carrying the Dallas game.

No Dallas and Detroit will continue to have their 12:00 and 3:15 game. NFL network will have the night game the teams will be different each year. Jones made sure when they voted on the NFL Network getting a thanksgiving day game that it would not affect our 3:15 time slot.
