This is my 3rd year with D-tv. Its so worth it dude. I live basically in Philly so i used to see 5 Cowboys games a year at best. Now i havent missed 1 in 3 years. Not to mention, you get to catch other games too

Yea I live in DC, and Direct TV was one of my best investments...I have not missed a Cowboys game in two years.

I've considered getting DTV, but I always go to a Sports Bar to watch it. I've found one that is perfect, 7 projection screens, 8 TVs around each screen, TVs around the bar. There's usually 2-3 of the big projection screens with the Cowboys game on, and you get to watch with a bunch of other Cowboy fans. Haven't missed a game in years.

I don't think so. I moved into my apartment about 4 years ago and when I ordered DirecTv (for the first time) they gave me Sunday Ticket for free. So you should at least get a discounted rate.

If you're a Cowboys fan in the wilderness (me, Im in Carolina so we're inundated with Panthers and Commanders games), you simply must have DirecTv and the Ticket if you want to see your team, cost considerations notwithstanding. Ive had it since '98 or 99 and wouldnt be caught without it. I think the Superfan add-on is also worth it if you can afford it and have HD.

Bay Area, if you wanna catch Dallas, find a good Sports Bar. Old Pro in Palo Alto is pretty gritty if you ask me. Decent food, and they got all the games playing.

Im in Eugene now, so I'm at Taylor's every sunday they don't air the game. Last week it was me and 5 Giants fans..great. At least the cook was a Cowboys fan, so my food was good.

The DC cable systems SUCK (especially Comcast--I can't say enough bad things about them). One of the best days I ever had was taking my cable box back to them & telling them to go screw themselves. They couldn't pay ME to make me go back to Comcast!

I live in Pittsburgh and have had Sunday Ticket for 6 years and you can't beat it. Cheaper than a sports bar too if you like to drink heavily.
