This team, Our QB and our Coaching are Chokers and underachievers. I'm glad we got wooped, maybe then they might start changing something around here. get a real coach to get these sorry spoiled players in line.

After the loss I wasnt even mad..Why be mad about a team that doesnt look like they care? The Cowboys are a waste of my time and untill they start making some serious changes I could careless what they do.

:bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: that's the last head bash I do for the Cowboys untill next season.

I don't know about the way you worded your post but I must admit, I had absoluely no (and still don't) have any expectations from this version of the Dallas Cowboys.

They have far more problems than most think and it's not all about talent, or lack thereof. I was disappointed that they got whooped by Philly, but as bad as that loss was, I was nowhere near as mad as I have been at the end of other games in years gone by.

I always got a certain vibe when we were going to win it all, or even come close. This team, sadly, is capable of beating any team in the league one week, and then losing to the likes of the Rams the next. Chemistry, leadership, spirit, focus, ....you name it - it's all missing and when I posted about this in week 3 or so, I was laughed at...well.......not many are laughing no mo.

Leadership matters.

No. We NEED people to talk like this about how awful we are. About how awful this team has underachieved, with one of the most talented rosters in the league, with how bad this team has been coached, the lack of discipline (two years running now being the most penalized in the league), the prima donna attitude and entitlement, the backstabbing, the unecessary drama. The fact that jerry values the entertainment of all of this over winning. The fact that Jerry is letting his ego getting in the way of the best interests of his team (which his best interest of the team are usually his own, but NOT at the expense of him getting egg on his face.)

I am So glad that we were blown out of that game. It shows the glaring weaknesses this team has character wise and structurally. It also is going to show how awful jerry is managing this team and that only he can change it. He has to fire wade phillips, and hire mike shannahan. Let Mike be the head coach, and get ANYBODY who doesn't follow his regime rule the door.

The record shows... Jerry does not want to have a coach that is in control of the team... and we have all seen what happens when Jerry brings in "players" coaches.... Dave Campo Anybody? We are in the midst of a players' coach regime RIGHT NOW.

Thats it totally in a Nutshell Sarge and this team seems to be lacking it everywhere on game day :(. I mean it does not even come from the sidelines. Every sucessfull team needs a leader to take charge and pull heads in and remain composed in pressure situations.

No leadership and teams full of Individual stars more interested in personal stats than the teams win/loss ratio = Misery and watching footy from the stands in January. :bang2:

It all starts at the top and filters it's way down. Wade is a bufoon. He looks like a fan on the sidelines, pumping his fist when something good happens and having the "what the hell just happened" look when something bad happens.

The sad thing is, some people probably believe that.

Was anyone really that stunned we rolled over? When was the last time this team played a full game, offense, defense and special teams? Probably during JJ's last season. This team talks all week then gets punched in the mouth on the first series of pressure games and rolls over like a puppy. TO and Crayton and James talk, talk and talk. Make a play that matters in a crucial moment instead of giving up on routes, dropping balls or getting a penalty. There is no leadership, no focus and no committment to being a great team. Everyone got paid and now we can sit back and point fingers because they can't be cut because it would kill our cap. This team could have won a Super Bowl last year, but instead choked on the bit and never recovered. My only statement for the 2009 Dallas Cowboys is simple..SHOW ME!

What i dont understand is why everyone is so angry with Wade it was just last season this team was 13 and 3 but yet he has one bad season and it's not like we had a losing record, everyone wants him out! Blaming Romo for everything is the wrong thing to do as well give him time Peyton took many years to win the big game but he eventually did! Did anyone noctice how beat up we were this season im not going to blame all of are problems on injuries but that was a big part! I believe this team will pull through and make a run next season! So if you are a REAL COWBOY FAN stop hating on everything about them and start supporting them! :starspin

It's all okay. Jerry and Wade both promised to change. And this time they really, really, really mean it.
