Dallas has NEVER had the loud, rabid fans at the stadiums, old or new.

Except for a couple places like the old MINN and SEA I don't see it as a difference maker.

The Cowboys have never had a 12th man. Don't expect it on Sunday with no stars in Romo and Dez.
Like most NFL teams, even when the crowd is there and into it, they have little to no impact on the game.

There are very few real 12th man home field advantages in the NFL. Even Philly and Wash have less in their new stadiums than they did at the Vet and RFK.

Seattle and their 12th man really helped them last year when we went there and won, didn't they?

All of us have been saying this forever, That the home games never feel like home games. The crowd is really lame a bunch of the time. That giant stadium just doesn't do it for me. That's why I prefer the Cowboys being on the road. I just never count on them having a home field advantage.

Lol!.....the only time our home crowd gets loud is when we are getting close to scoring on offense. Why, I have no idea.

Atlanta fans don't travel.

I wouldn't expect much for a noon game. People won't have enough time to hit the sauce! Although with Weeds playing I might need a lot to stomach it!

Speaking of which it seems like you could get a discount on tickets now. You could argue that there will be no stars out there playing and you want your pricing based on the QB #1 WR salaries! ;)

Weeden is starting so I'll start hittin' the sauce no later than 6am tomorrow morning in preparation for whatever happens starting at 1.

Like some people have said in here I'm sure a lot of ticket holders bailed.

Jerry should pipe in some loud artificial crowd noise.

The irony would be delicious.

I've heard high school bowling matches with louder ovations than Cowboys home games.

The fans that attend most of the home games are the ones who give the rest of us fans a bad reputation. Most of them have little or no knowledge about the team, the rest of the league, or even the game in general. They're there because they can afford to be there and it's a nice place to spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon while occasionally glancing down to see what's happening on the field. Obviously, there are some diehards that attend the home games but the average fan simply can't afford to go to Cowboys home games on a regular basis.

Dallas obviously has fans all over the county which explains why we play so well on the road. I feel as if most of the better fans are the ones who attend the away games.
