The 2019 Roster is one of the most dislikable rosters in Cowboys history

They were arrogant, showed lack of heart and seemed so nonchalant when things didn’t go their way. Plus the things we are hearing about the lack of respect this roster had for Garrett, reinforces that notion. They were a bunch of divas that hadn’t won anything and acted like they did. McCarthy has more credibility than Garrett with his track record but I’m interested in seeing how he handles these personalities because many of them are still on this roster

That's what happens when the owner, who has made it clear that the coach is beneath him in every which way, tells them all the time that everything is great, they are great players, and even though they didnt show up yet again, it doesnt matter because he knows they are great.

The man will never understand that it's simply impossible to play all the roles he insists on playing.

It hasn't worked here, and it hasn't worked anywhere else. Too stubborn to figure it out.

Face it, all we really have is the hope that he will step aside long enough for a small bit of success, and then MM is gone and another puppet is in place.

I agree w the op..but I'm not sure the 2020 team has many more likeable players..

Mccoy? Yeah I think so
Lamb? Yeah I think so
Diggs? Maybe

Not sure there is anything else to like

I liked most of the players. Was sick of Garret, Marinelli and Richard. Garrett was a lame duck coach who continued his ultra conservative ways on the road. Lame duck coaches rarely work out. Lame duck mediocre coaches definitely don’t work out.

I agree.

Jaylon was ridiculous with his self promotion and lack of situational awareness.

Tank is the leader of the porny boys. Enough said there.

Awuzie getting burned left and right while still celebrating at any opportunity.

Holding onto Maher for way too long.

Zeke and his holdout.

Dak with stubbornly expecting they could “turn it on” once the team got in a hole. And he stuck to that narrative for half of the season, while they still sucked.

Cooper giving half effort.

The entire team giving up midway through the season.

Jerry enabling it all.

2020 can’t be worse than that.

This team could use an infusion of cold blood.

They need players that realize that they play on one of the most despised teams in the NFL with their "America's Team" claim and their big fancy stadium and their arrogant big mouth owner. Once they realize it, they need to embrace it!

This team needs some moody, chip-on-their-shoulder, angry-at-the-world, take-it-out-on-someone, mean, nasty, intimidating monsters.

The Dallas Cowboys need some of the "wrong" kind of players. They need some of those "Football kept me out of prison" players.

The Cowboys always had a better chance of success when they harbored a few borderline psychos.

It takes twice as much energy to be negative all the time versus positive.
