The 3rd & 14 play in the second half was the play that soured Bob Dole on Bill Parcells for good and was probably the turning point in the game.
You've got the lead, deep in Jacksonville terrritory, with T.O. and Terry Glenn on the outside and a cannon armed QB and you run a draw play?
Parcells had his foot on the Jaguars neck and he let up to let them get a breath.
It was a give up play, you can make any excuse you want, but Parcells flat out quit on that play and was going to settle for a field goal instead of going for the jugular.
He doesn't have the balls to win in the NFL anymore.
