The 4th down play on Bland

Zero excuse for this .........hell, Eberflus or Schotty should have called timeout

BTW.....with 6 min left, Dak thought they would get the ball back

Horrible defensive coaching there, you have to play tight there to force him to throw late. Easy pitch and catch when Schotty sees the film he's not going to be happy about it.

That's don't get beat deep cushion with a below average coverage LB(Murray) shading underneath. Bland is the 90 million dollar player he should be asked to make a play there not Murray.
They were in empty with a QB that doesnt run so the ball is coming out early so you have to press the receiver at the line to throw off the timing
playing off gives QB the time to make an easy throw

Bland had one good season and they paid this guy elite money.

Bland and Odigizuwa both get paid over 20 million a season. They’re both just average players. Absolutely insane front office.
Heres the issue, because they dont sign free agents they draft and develop their own guys
By the time their guys are any good, usually takes a few years, they are free agents so its hit or miss
Then you overpay them because our front office stinks at evaulating and developing talent

cry all you want about the defesne, the coaching the fans who pull against my team, but it was basically a tie game at midfield and the MVP crumble and failed just like he does in every close game. but oh well you guys can start a dak breaks record thread to pump you and dak up. good game MVP guy, you suck..

Ah, I know your nerves are raw and your feelings are hurt when your MVP candidate can't move the ball 5 to 10 yards for a go-ahead field goal. Not even a young Tom Brady in his prime could have moved the ball. It would have taken an MVP QB to do that. :muttley:

This is our defense now.

There are many times throughout the game that our CBs are so far off the receivers they're not even in the frame of the camera.

This play is a perfect example of why it's not the players; the coach wants them to play like this and continues to call these kind of plays in spite of the hours of evidence telling him this is wrong.
