Jerry pushed his chips all in on Dak in hopes that he can throw this team into the playoffs. Its not feasible. Dak can't do it week in week out. This defense is the reason why this team is getting dog walked around the field weekly.

If Dak can't lead this offense to 35 points, Dallas can't win.

Jerry's the only one who thinks he can.

That he cannot. He can, however, try to fix how well he plays against top 10 defenses.

With the exception of Green Bay, every team we played before yesterday is in the bottom half of the NFL in team defense, hence why he has looked so good.

Yesterday was the defense's fault mainly, not denying that. But Dak again played the way he normally plays when a good defense is on the other side of the ball.

This is the worst situation for a QB that you can have. He's got to be thinking they cannot punt. That leads to mistakes. Has anyone seen a defense this bad? These guys look worse than anything I've ever seen. I barely remember the 1981 Baltimore defense. I was young and they weren't on TV much.

..yeah, that's a shame. Wasting another good Dak year at his expense.

Just WOW ...!

In his defense, which I rarely do, they lead the league in sacks. Why were we dropping back and waiting for things to open up down the field?

I can't imagine Dak is liking this plan, but when he's making a yearly salary of what Aikman made in his entire career, what did he expect?

Those 2 picks were just bad. Nobody else's fault but Dak's.

Depending on the defense we are facing it's pretty much a given that Dak won't be leading us anywhere close to 35 points. For more on this see yesterdays game.

Xactly. It is impossible to believe Dak can throw DAL a victory week in and week out.

The thing is, I think he does try. He's just not capable.

not to worry, Dak said he's got to be better there. Based on that, I have to believe we've seen the last of the bad Dak for this year. Things be looking up!
That is what is getting old, I'll do better, he never says he doesn't have the tools to do better. Dak needs new legs, but he wasn't even born with something he needs and that's speed. Defenses like yesterday are going to get home, he has to be able to scramble and keep a play alive. Unfortunately this story is now ten years of underperforming against better defenses and we will continue to blame the line, rbs, wrs, etc but never seem to understand those positions are all dependent on the guy under center. Defense suckd but we haven't had a good defebse in 30 years so that's nothing new and not the reason offense didn't show up.

The billion dollar man built the defense and paid Osa, Bland, Hooker, Murray and Diggs for these results….

Mahomes isn't looking too good either at this moment. So? Let's get rid of Mahomes-chief fans  That's why they call it a team sport:rolleyes:
