While he is replacing the coach he should replace himself. After Dallas losses the next two weeks, Jerry should say I'm stepping away as head of football and handing this franchise over to a general manager. Me and my family will no longer be involved in any facet of the football operations.

The New GM fires the coaching staff and hired his own staff.
