Rashard Mendenhall 100 carries 573 yards 4 TDS 5.7 YPC
Chris Johnson 144 carries 959 yards 6 TDS 6.7 YPC
Felix Jones 41 carries 298 yards 1 TD 7.3 YPC

Yall wondered why I was screaming bloody murder when we picked Felix. Keep your agendas up fellas. So just remember the arguements. From that draft after the draft and their rookies season. He who laughs last laughs the best. Felix was a waste of a pick. CJ is amazing and Mendenhall is doing wonders in pitt. Oh well what could of been. I would get into receiving stats but my point is already made. So you felix backers have nothing to hold your hat on anymore.

The only reason Felix has fewer yards and touchdowns than those guys is because he gets fewer carries and MB gets all the touches down near the goal line. He has more YPC than both of them.

If you would take Mendenhall over Barber than this would be a valid arguement. But why would we want both Mendenhall and Barber on the same team? That's like having two of the same players?

Feel better about patting yourself on the back? Really need to start a thread about it?

QFTMFT! mendenhall has started about 4 games and he still has fumbling problems. talk about pre-mature. i know you weren't using THAT comparison a month ago. as for CJ, he's a beast but he would not be putting those numbers up here because he'd be splitting time in one of the deepest backfields in the NFL so stop stroking your own ego....

And yet Mike Golic was on GAC yesterday saying we don't run the ball enough, which a lot of people would agree with.

My point is I am not sure you can do a comparison based on yards alone to determine who is the better player. I think you have to look at the mentality of the Offense and the type of Offense the players play in.

At this point, I believe if you talked with General Managers and Scouts around the league who is the better player, I don't think the opinions would be heavily in favor of one or the other.

Not trying to put Garrett on blast early this morning but how many times in the first 3 quarters did we run the ball on back to back plays?

Not many.

I'll shut up now.

All you do is talk noise about the team of whom you're supposedly a "fan". You're a joke brah, get off my forum.

wow, gratz on making the ignore list.

it's a tough job and only a few really dense folks can do it but the OP gets kudos for succeeding.

CJ is a heck of a back and we'd have been estatic if we drafted him... mendenhall is a poor, poor man's barber who hasn't done anything to warrant being bemoaned.

Felix has had a rough stretch coming back form injury but everyone understands the weapon he presents.

It's a valid point. A lot of people were saying the opposite early last year and then again this year.

Felix is an amazing talent. IMO, the most talented of the three. If he could just stay healthy.

I'm not giving up on FJ by any means, but that's a ridiculous comment. Mendenhall ran all over a Denver D we couldn't handle last night, had 69 yds on only 10 carries against Minn's great D, and had 165 yds and 2 TDs in another game.

Pittsburgh turned it around from a rough start, and it's not a coincidence that happened when Mendenhall took over as starter.

It's actually pretty sad because we all know that you root for Mendenhall to do well, but in turn you also hope and pray that Felix crashes and burns so that you can be "right" and toot your own horn. And you call yourself a fan?......

And your point? All of these RB were highly rated Dallas made their selection with Felix and I don't consider him a bust what so ever. If the object is to turn aginst Felix because Johnson is a very good back your wasting your time or simply more interested in your own wants and needs which has no affect on anyone here.

pretty spot on.

CJ is clearly the better back. his speed just makes him so dangerous. and he's still willing to run tough. and makes good catches. and has been healthy. he's leading the nfl in rushing yards.

mendenhall is a joke. he's got no moves and doesn't run that hard for a big back. those holes were huge last night. glad the cowboys didn't pick him, even though i really wanted him in the draft after watching his ohio state and usc games.

choice is easily better than mendenhall.

felix just needs to stay healthy and he'll have a very nice career. but so far he hasn't.

CJ would've been a better pick, but the running game issues are with the blocking, not the rbs.
