This is what I would do as a kid. Even in bad years, I looked for the silver lining.
Back then it was a 14 game schedule, and 12-2 was the record that usually meant the Cowboys had home field advantage through the playoffs, and were going to the Super Bowl.
Even I love the aesthetics of seeing Dak play well on offense and the way Williams is running the ball. Having CeeDee Lamb back to go with Pickens is a dream come true for Cowboys fans.
The defense could improve if they believe that the offense will be there for them in crunch time.
And the Cowboys have the best kicker in the history of the NFL.
So it all comes down to believing in the plan, and Dak performing at a high level, even when things aren't going well. This is his chance to prove he is for real.
Not saying it will happen, but the Cowboys we grew up loving could make it happen.
That's what made this Cowboys "America's Team."

I think the stage is set.
I think Dak is in the position to prove that he is a leader once and for all.
The Cowboys record isn't that bad. This could be Dak's opportunity to prove that he is worth every dime Jerry has paid him.

I’ve said it before but the offense now with Lamb back, and Pickens flourishing in his absence could win the SB. Unfortunately, the Defense could have us picking #1 overall in the 2026 draft…….
I would add that with a healthy Turpin, this STs unit may be top 5 in the league.

We average scoring 30 and we give up 31 per game.....or so I've heard

Turpin getting us to the 32 yard line, big help!! Follow your blocks son!

That’s a great point bringing up the ST’s. They haven’t skipped a beat since Bones left. They cover really well. I was worried that the DC from SF could coach ST’s but he’s doing amazing.

Aubrey and Anger are part of STs too.......Turpin isn't the best but hes solid enough
yes but they're not injured, he comes back and people are thinking there's going to be a return for a TD every return lol

Like I posted, hes at least solid and his contributions to the offense are decent

Says the guy who picked them to win less than five games.

We’ll see if anyone rises to the troll bait you’ve laid out
