The Defense is better than the OFFENSE

Yes, you got that here first. The offense is ranked 8th (points per game 26.5) in scoring and the defense is ranked 7th (points per game 17.8) in points allowed. Ok, some of you would say that the defense benefits from the offense and that may be true but I am telling you that the offense benefits from the defensive position and takeaways. This team is learning how to win from all three phases of the game and that is a good thing. Now if the injury bug will leave this team alone it cane do some damage this year. Not saying Super Bowl yet but if the defense can some how stay in the top 5 the super bowl can be a real expectation.

The offense is the reason for the season though. Our offense is more than a offense. It's an offense & defense at the same time. It stops teams from scoring because they don't have the ball.
