He should avoid women that are only after his money. Notably those that make false claims so that they can get the handouts from football players. They are out there.

Honestly if I was a football player I'd get the women that Im going out with do a background check. This verdict is unprecendented and will make every player think twice, not only Zeke.

Over the years I've had two friends w/behavior very reminiscent of what I see with Zeke. Both were positively insane behind the wheel...and found themselves in major car pile-ups repeatedly. Both had serious boundary issues with what was OK behavior. Both ended up in legal trouble and one in prison.

These two friends both had what is called in psychology "Borderline personality" disorder. Maybe Zeke is merely foolish and impulsive. But his actions positively scream Borderline Personality.

I do agree with your point that he has to learn from this and change what he's doing.

Regardless of rather he's innocent or not from these accusations he's going to have to be smarter, and put himself around better people, going forward or he could wind up with a target painted on him that the NFL will zero in on.

This is the mentality instilled in men these days.

If he's innocent then it's on him to stop being falsely accused of things. It couldn't possibly be on the women to not, ya know, lie.

Yea, I am scratching my head over this line of thinking as well. Maybe Zeke should take a vow of celibacy and that way some psycho girlfriend won't frame him for abuse.

Yup.

It's quite possible that his behavior is rooted to immaturity, a lack of accountability and getting too much funny stuff into his bloodstream. Or there could be an exacerbating issue like BPD at play.

Let's keep it real: It's been known that Cowboy insiders are concerned about him. His college coach is "very concerned" about him. (Urban's words).

We have a certain segment of the fanbase that just wants football wins...and for some fans just about anything behaviorally is excused, minimized, overlooked...with the predictable attacks on the voices of reason.

In that instance...I think he was getting screwed. It's the pulling the other girls' top off...that's crossing the line. And the way the league suspended him....for the first domestic incident...tends for me to believe if he fights it...the league can turn around and whack him again for the gropping. He's screwed either way. He's gonna sit 6 games....and really...he's lucky it isn't longer.
