1. Jared Goff QB California- a skinny fumble prone over-rated QB.

2. DeForest Buckner DE Oregon- looks like Tarzan for 1 quarter...then runs out of gas...and then let's lesser players abuse him.

3. Conner Cook QB Michigan St.- Desperate teams for a QB will be tempted...But IMO...he's just a JAG and not worth a high pick.

4. Eli Apple CB Ohio St. Basically cost Ohio St. a chance @ a National title. Go back and watch him vs Michigan St. Spartans decided to run right @ him...and he refused to get dirty and make a tackle. He shies from contact. Has Mike Jenkins 2.0 written all over him.

5. Kenny Clark DT UCLA. Studied 4 of his tapes....and he is just another JAG. I really don't get the hype on this guy. Doesn't rush the QB...get's blocked one on one all the time.

6. Hunter Henry TE Arkansas- Keep hearing Jason Witten clone. Maybe the Jason Witten of right now...the guy that can't block nor make a guy miss in the open field.

7. Pharoh Cooper WR S.Carolina- What he runs his 40 time @ the combine will go along way to determine what is this guy....looks slow on tape.

8. Shawn Oakman DE Baylor- Has the legs of a ballerina. Might be the most disproportionate man on the planet. When working out...did he always skip leg day?

9. Cardale Jones QB Ohio St.- A 2 game wonder....in 2014

10. Jayron Kearse FS Clemson- Another DB that has Mike Jenkins-itis. Looks the part of a great DB....but put on the tape....and the guy is now where to be found.

11. Sebastian Tretola LG Arkansas- May have the shortest arms in the histroy of the combine.

12.Jeff Driskel QB Louisiana Tech- Quit on his teammates @ Florida. Never bet on a quitter @ any level. What's the old saying? Once a quiter..always a quitter. Last guy I want in my fox hole when the going gets tough.

And there you have it.....Floaty's Dirty dozen:omg:

Comments?;)

Thought I read Driskel had a 15% off target rate. That is kind of troubling.

Don't agree on 1, 4, and 6 even a little bit.

Agree 100% on 3, 5, 8, and 10...don't know enough about 11.

The rest I would take but only if they represented a really good value

My list...

Anyone from Boise State

but seriously, don't agree with you on a few players. I agree with Oakman but would be willing to take if he slides into the middle rounds.

In all honesty...I wouldn't take anyone in this years Bopise State class either. Kamalei Correa OLB Boise State is a good player...but he doesn't fit the Cowboys scheme. Donte Deayon CB Boise St is a fiesty CB...that I might take real late in the draft...but he is small....think nickle CB. Rees Odhiambo RG Boise St. has been getting some pub....but I think he struggles making the transition to G. Just don't think he's athletic enough..and coming off a serious knee injury.

Don't agree with you on Goff. They said worst things about Brady but he didn't turn out too bad.

Hunter Henry is a heck of a player and while he is not flashy he is always open
Teams put cb's on him and he still got open
He is also a solid blocker, not sure where you got he's not
He doesn't pancake people but he gets his man out of the play
No flash, just a very good player who will have a very good career
Not advocating we take him but someone will love what they get from him

Oakman is the only one I'd draft, starting around round 3. Yes, he's all legs, and skinny legs at that, but large athletic DL with length tend to find a role in the NFL. I don't think it's lack of effort holding him back. There are far worse things to spend a 3rd on than 6-9/280 DL that put the work in.

Hunter Henry is solid but if we spend a day 2 pick on a backup TE again I'm going to rage. Not a special player to me, so I could easily live without. Denver lost Julius Thomas last year to FA and survived just fine. TE is overrated position. The results a team can get from a 1000 yard TE vs a 650 yard TE is not that distinct. We can wait until Witten retires before finding the replacement. They're not hard to find.

This sounds a lot like Witten in all honesty.

I am totally on board for Hunter Henry. I think he's the real deal. I don't want a one dimensional TE in this offense. He would never see the field (Escobar).

I am also coming around on Driskel. I think the Cowboys will give him an invite and do their diligence at the combine.

I agree with most of the rest of it.

Both of those players would terrify me as Dallas draftees.

Agree with some...but like others.

As far as Witten, he's still special IMO. Not necessarily athletically (never really has been)...but simply look at the move he put on the Lions best DB Darius Slay in the playoff game on a key 4th & 6 conversion...and one can appreciate the subtle things that make him so good.
There's also a reason he logged 77 receptions in 2015 despite missing Romo, Dez, Murray, etc...for most/all of the season.

Some of the players listed have desirable characteristics...but the draft in general is a crap shoot.

You know...I would take Mike Jenkins over the starting corners we have now. Sad to think that Carr and Claiborne essentially booted Jenkins from the roster. Sure he shied from contact but so did Deion, at least Jenkins could make a play on the ball.

Mike Jenkins crying when they both came on this team is why he had to go. All he had to do was ball out that year and he at least would've got a solid contract from some team if not here. Instead, he sulked and cried.

If Cardale Jones is there in the 6th round......they'd be FOOLISH not to invest in him. Two game wonder....I get it but those were some great 2 games and he showed some flashes. Far more than Matt Cassell who had a decent career after never starting in college. I'd take a look.

In regards to Goff....if the worst thing you can say about the guy is he fumbles(which can be fixed) and that he's skinny(which can also be fixed lol).....you may want to re-think looking at him lol. Especially if he's going to sit for a few years.

That's 1 reason I don't like wentz is why you don't like goff. Wentz looks like he's gonna break in half he's so skinny.
