It doesn't have Carson Wentz on it so it's a good list.

To be honest, i'm a little shocked a list of guys to stay away from has Goff on it and not Wentz. Goff is by far the safer of the two but Wentz has the more upside. Both have similar physics. Both are skinny lol.

That very well may be true but 6'6 235 is rather lanky. That's a weight Nba Players play with at that height.

I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not concerned with the weight of these prospects since they will gain weight and muscle in the league while they sit behind Romo so it's moot.

Wouldn't shock me if Goff has already topped out @ 204LBs....

The media is pushing this guy like he is a can't miss prospect. Happens every year...the media zeros in a guy...and see how far they can push him up the board. This year...It just happens to be him, Buckner and Ramsey.

This sounds a lot like Witten in all honesty.

If you watch him they are very similar
I live in Arkansas and watch a lot of sec football and Henry is a player
I wouldn't draft him for the boys because we need a QB and defense but he is gonna be a good one

not knockin you, but man I dont think Ive ever seen someone so sold on a player as you are with Wentz....

He's not the only one
To me Wentz has all the tools to be a star in this league. He needs to be developed because he hasn't played a lot of games but he is a good passer, can run the ball, throw on the run and learns fast. He just needs to develope and he will be a good one. To me he is the one QB I would use the 4th pick on and never look back

Agree completely. Remember the better athletes that went ahead of Witten in that draft? LJ smith and the like. None of those projections mattered because Witten was the best TE

The same thing is happening to Henry this draft. Oh this guy is better at this, this guy is better at that etc.

I am totally on board for Hunter Henry. I think he's the real deal. I don't want a one dimensional TE in this offense. He would never see the field (Escobar).

I am also coming around on Driskel. I think the Cowboys will give him an invite and do their diligence at the combine.

I agree with most of the rest of it.

Agreed.

My top five players in the draft.

  1. Gared Goff, QB California
  2. DeForest Buckner, DE Oregon
  3. Conner Cook, QB Michigan St.
  4. Eli Apple CB, Ohio St.
  5. Kenny Clark, DT UCLA.

Ramsey?

To me that guy is legit.

I agree with almost all of these except for Goff whom I like and Driskell who I think is a good developmental prospect in the late rounds.

1. Jared Goff QB California- a skinny fumble prone over-rated QB.

2. DeForest Buckner DE Oregon- looks like Tarzan for 1 quarter...then runs out of gas...and then let's lesser players abuse him.

3. Conner Cook QB Michigan St.- Desperate teams for a QB will be tempted...But IMO...he's just a JAG and not worth a high pick.

4. Eli Apple CB Ohio St. Basically cost Ohio St. a chance @ a National title. Go back and watch him vs Michigan St. Spartans decided to run right @ him...and he refused to get dirty and make a tackle. He shies from contact. Has Mike Jenkins 2.0 written all over him.

5. Kenny Clark DT UCLA. Studied 4 of his tapes....and he is just another JAG. I really don't get the hype on this guy. Doesn't rush the QB...get's blocked one on one all the time.

6. Hunter Henry TE Arkansas- Keep hearing Jason Witten clone. Maybe the Jason Witten of right now...the guy that can't block nor make a guy miss in the open field.

7. Pharoh Cooper WR S.Carolina- What he runs his 40 time @ the combine will go along way to determine what is this guy....looks slow on tape.

8. Shawn Oakman DE Baylor- Has the legs of a ballerina. Might be the most disproportionate man on the planet. When working out...did he always skip leg day?

9. Cardale Jones QB Ohio St.- A 2 game wonder....in 2014

10. Jayron Kearse FS Clemson- Another DB that has Mike Jenkins-itis. Looks the part of a great DB....but put on the tape....and the guy is now where to be found.

11. Sebastian Tretola LG Arkansas- May have the shortest arms in the histroy of the combine.

12.Jeff Driskel QB Louisiana Tech- Quit on his teammates @ Florida. Never bet on a quitter @ any level. What's the old saying? Once a quiter..always a quitter. Last guy I want in my fox hole when the going gets tough.

And there you have it.....Floaty's Dirty dozen:omg:

Comments?;)

You are wrong about Apple. He as well as the team had a bad game against MSU, and MSU was part of that reason.
I seen every game Apple has played. He is a hitter and can tackle...and hits hard. Plays the ball very well.
I would take Jones as a QB in the late rounds, but not any higher than 4th. I am not impressed with Cook, in the 3 games I seen him play, but he wins, so he can't be all that bad. My 3 games is not nearly enough to make an accurate conclusion.
But then again, you don't like any QB not named Kellen Moore.

The other players I really don't know much other than what I have read. So if I even watch any film, I won't consider myself an expert to say they suck. LOL.
But it's your list, and I gave my thoughts. And in any of my mock drafts, no matter how much I change them, Eli Apple is the only player on your list I would try to get but would look at other players 1st. Only because there are many other options in the 2nd when we pick.

Wentz walks into Valley Ranch with the best physique in the NFL.

Guys, I watched Driskel. He's inaccurate and makes poor decisions. He was over rated in High School and he sucked at UF. Some team will draft him because he's an excellent athlete with a cannon. That team better not be Dallas.
