The Eagles Jalen Hurts problem

The Chiefs were installed into the Super Bowl, but then the league allowed them to get clobbered? What kind of sense does that make?
Didn't allow it, Philly was simply way too good for them. There's only so much they can do to manipulate games.

Those Super Bowl championships sure have a short shelf life these days.

I've said this a few times before. Once he can't run...or refuses to run, his days in Philly will be numbered. Losing coordinators almost every year doesn't help, but it's fairly obvious by now that he has become part of the problem. What has insulated him are his two Superbowl appearances (with one win). In any other city you might be able to rest on that...but not in Philadelphia. If his recalcitrance continues Roseman will absolutely "defenestrate" him in short order.
^This^. The day Hurts stops running is the day he starts learning to be a field general.

If he doesn't master this the opposing defences will be relentless and dare him to beat them with field recognition.

Hurts will be "Wentzed" in two years.

He's not a good enough passer to stop running. He already tried that this past season and he wasn't very good.

Wentz just signed for a guaranteed $2.6 million for the 2026 season. I think he’s going to be the emergency quarterback. 11th year. He’s following in Josh Johnson’s footsteps.

This is very true. Now think about the fact that Jim Kelly had four chances at winning a Superbowl, yet Nick Foles and Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl in their first try.

Crazy huh....
And it is exactly this kind of ignorance Dakstans have to dig out to defend him

No one with an understanding of football thinks Jim Kelly and Nick Foles are at the same level. When you have a great QB like Kelly you have a real chance every year. Foles and Dilfer were average QBs who got lucky.

Is Dak Foles or Dilfer level? Sure

Put that in your pipe and smoke it

Imagine being a New York Giants fan hearing and reading this story. Has to be like, OK, they have a real problem. Now, what’s ours?

In the last five seasons Philly is 56-22 with him starting regular season games. Hope they never get it their quarterback situation figured out.
Philly has their most important position figured out: GM.
