Hurts has performed fantastic in both SBs against the Chiefs. But man he sure looks like he doesn’t even care about playing football. I’ve never seen a player look like that before. I can understand it’s best to remain even keel and dont get too high or too down on yourself because it’s a mental game too. But he looks like he is suffering from depression or something.

Fantastic? Sure, fantastic for a QB whose D is winning the game.

Last super bowl he had 221 yds passing, and got 75 yds rushing as the Chiefs focused their D on shutting down Barkley. If you're remember, Hurts wasn't very good early in that super bowl, but the D completely squushed the Chiefs, so he was given more chances. And then w/ a big lead, it was easy for him to just drive the bus and not turn the ball over.
 
I love these threads. One of the reasons I’m quasi following the team (though not watching the games currently). Some fans actually believe an idiotic conspiracy that other people have the time to spend on a Cowboy's forum pretending to be Cowboy’s fans while secretly being Eagle’s fans. The only Eagle’s fan in the thread is AeroLithe who will just readily admit his fandom.

Hurts is a mobile QB with a good enough arm/demeanor to make plays in the passing game when given elite OL play and good/great RB’s to do the heavy offensive lifting. Lots of teams must win like that. Hurts did a bunch of running when needed in their SB win and hit some big pass plays when they were available. The defense was the most dominant unit, but he made the plays he needed to make to win the hand.

Can’t fans leave Dak out of threads like this-in good or bad terms? Dak does not play for another team and never has-what he could have done with x, y, z player or coach is fantasy land. He chose to stay in the comfy confines that Jerry has provided-he does not want to leave and never did. Any issue that Jerry has caused-Dak signed up for, end of story.

No one with an understanding of football thinks Jim Kelly and Nick Foles are at the same level. When you have a great QB like Kelly you have a real chance every year. Foles and Dilfer were average QBs who got lucky.

First of all.... if you read the post of the person I responded to, you would have realized that I said nothing or mentioned anything that defended Dak in any way. I actually agreed with that particular posters take on Dak's limitations.

See this is the exactly the kind of ignorance low IQ mouth breathing cowards have to put words in other people's mouths without understanding what was said in the conversation that they stuck their weak selves in.

You can say what you want about Kelly, but he couldn't win the biggest game when it counted the most like Dilfer and Foles did. I didn't make up the rules for quarterback success measurements around here, im just abiding by them.

So according to you and the other low IQ coward crew, Foles and Dilfer need more respect put on their names because they are Superbowl winning quarterbacks. If standards are held for one quarterback, then those same standards are held for all quarterbacks.

Only low IQ cowards cherry pick guidelines for one set of quarterbacks then create another set of guidelines for other quarterbacks.

So next time to keep from making an *** out of yourself, read the whole conversation between two people before you come in typing **** that has nothing to do with the original conversation.

You started with the insults first because you're weak. You claimed I defended Dak when my post responding to the other poster said quite the opposite.

So the only thing your weak, spineless, coward *** triggered was some laughter.

The poster said that when it comes to the bigger moments Dak doesn't show up. My first sentence responding to him was, "That is very true".

You accused me of defending Dak. Which part of my response defended Dak. Let's see if you can handle that simple task of answering this question kid.

Yeah but he converted some major 3rd down conversions with his legs. He was very efficient going 17 of 22 for 221 yds. Also accounted for 3 tds. I believe he was MVP too

Throws one of the best and most accurate deep balls in the league and has never had a losing season at any level on any team.

Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, Brian Baldinger, Jon Gruden, Joe Thiesman all say he is a great to elite qb.

Jordan made him the face of his entire brand.

But everybody with an opinion and internet connection. Knows more than them; from their couches or place of employment which is not the NFL.

You haven't seen Dak do anything in his 10 year career that comes close to what that predictible offense has been able to do with Hurts. Yet the excuses flow like water around here.

Dak needs a top 5 defense to win. He's had that and lost. Dak needs multiple offensive weapons to win. He's had that and lost.
The Cowboys need better coaching to win. They've had that and lost.

Thats an indictment of the entire Cowboys organization. From Jerry, Stephen, Dak, and the water boy.

As an unabashed Eagles fan and NFL football fan that just doesnt watch the Eagles, but actually watches all games on sunday. Its hilarious!

Yall are entertaining on these boards to say the least.

That's not a fact. We have no clue how Dak would perform on any team other than the Cowboys bc we don't have any evidence to that. Its wild to say, " Dak has been apart of the Cowboys NOT elevating their game in the playoffs."
But then in the next breathe say he would be better for a team than the guy where have actual evidence of him ELEVATING his game in the playoffs.

Lol make it make sense.

P-A-S-S-E-R. He is successful. But there's a reason why AJ Brown is reading self-help books on the sidelines. He's more clutch than Dak will ever be...but he's carried by an all-star cast and they don't even like him because he dinks and dunks and runs and occasionally throws up a prayer when he absolutely need to. That's no way for wide receivers to eat.

Look' i get it. Yall are diehard Cowboy fans that have been struggling for relevance since the 90s. And you HATE all things Eagles. But none of this is going get yall to the promised land.
