The evolution of the Cowboys jersey pants

Per the narrator of the official Dallas Cowboys X account...

1:07 - 1:15: "Since then, Cowboys equipment director Mike McCord has actually made an effort to return the pants to the original blue color of Tex Schramm's tenure."

Wonder if McCord's effort will end up as simply lip service? Would Jerry Jones authorize a semi-permanent or permanent change reminiscent of Schramm's era over his own tenure..?

For the life of me, I could never understand why they don’t simply use the silver pants with the navy blue and white stripes for both the white and navy jerseys. Then, make the blue numbers and striping on the white jersey navy blue…IT’S NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!!!

My fave were the unis worn during the Roger/ Tony D era. The metallic silver pants and the numbers were the best. For a brief time they had numbers on their pants too..

As for now, I couldn’t care less what they were, they stink. Don’t even deserve the star on the helmet. Put $ sign.

This would be a great question to ask Jerruh at one of his hour long press conferences. My guess is the answer would be a classic word salad.
"Well uhhh we have the uniforms, but we don't, then again in my mind, we have the best uniforms in all colors and variations for the Dallas Cowboys!" lol

I just want to know when they'll start adding brown to the back, since we poop our pants every year.

I thought they'd never ditch those sea foam pants. I know why they started wearing them — they looked silver on the original color TVs — but God, they were hideous.

Jersey pants? I assumed Jersey was a reference to shirt. Is it used here as a cloth/material reference?

Iv'e noticed a slight **** stain since 96 which has gotten progressively bigger throughout the years.
