Like it or not, Jerry Jones is 100% the face of the Dallas Cowboys.

He's the most recognizable owner in American Sports, built the most impressive stadium in the country that media has dubbed "Jerry World", and is one of the few media lightning rods in sports that actively tries to keep his name in the news.

And the funny thing is the fans that loathe him and blame him for everything are doing him a favor, everytime you point the finger at Jerry for everything that goes wrong you're building his image as all powerful tyrant of the Dallas Cowboys.

When the Cowboys start winning again, the players will be the face more than Jerry Jones. Remember 13-3? I didn't think about Jerry much that year. MBIII, Romo, TO, Witten, Ware. These guys were the focal point in my mind. Success will put the players in the spotlight again. Until then, it's Tony Romo and I'm fine with that.
