Its close, but Lamb is the better overall receiver and he will have the better numbers at the end of the year.

McCarthy needs to have a talk with this team about taunting right before crossing the goal line like on that play and Zeke high stepping on his way to the goal line. At some point this will backfire on them.
Do your taunting after you score.

 

All I can see if Desean Jackson and all those crazy shenanigans, or worse yet, Leon Lett. Mike M should be leading every offensive meeting off with that play. If the ball goes out the endzone, it's the other team's ball. Just get in the endzone first and then do what you have to.

 

I mean I have no issue with it....until like you said it backfires lol. They know what it takes to score so it looks worse than what it is. Lamb knew he had another gear to go to if Mills would catch him.

 

I mean just look at DK last year....he burns Diggs...showboats and Diggs strips him right before going into the end zone lol.

 

I didn't care for Zeke's and I didn't care for Cee Dee's. That's just me and I'm ok with someone liking those type actions. Not something I am going to lose sleep over.

also from a coaching perspective it’s much more fun to have focused players who are More interested in their tasks and not personal squabbles. A lot of players get distracted with 1 on 1 drama and lose sight of the goal

 

I don't think they could call taunting on that, but its NE, so the refs always make up stuff

 

not sure why some fans have to have this pecking order stuff.....although cooper didn't do much yesterday, their best defensive back and defensive player was taken out of the game and allowed to open up the rest of the field. if you watched the routes cooper ran, Moore was smart to keep him outside most of the time on the sideline routes and the defender along with him.......that was smart of Moore seeing how they had just tried to lock down Cooper...that's respect

Yeah but does that stuff come from celebrations? I mean if a guy celebrates and then a guy choses to deck him.....that seems like a different issue at hand.

 

He said it with a huge grin on his face lol. They taunt for saying goodbye but yeah I Think its because of the timing of it.

I'm really enjoying the "fights" about our WR's and RB's...who's better. Certainly the PLAYERS want to be better than the other guy and that bodes well for us!
