Good
Collins running down field blocking for McFadden, reminded of Larry Allen in N.O. game
McFadden finally breaking some long runs, but looked a bit sluggish, maybe it was the wet field, longer cleats.

Bad
Cassell and Dez. dropped passes, poorly thrown balls.
1 yard short of getting a 1st down on how many passes? I remember at least 3. This is why I say we need a new WR coach, and part is the play anyway.....how many plays do they have in the play book, saying run a yard short when we need a first down. Heck, maybe I should put that into the ugly part.

Ugly
The Defense, just plain ugly. Yet again a banged up OL plays great against us. Can't tackle, can't stop the run, wide open receivers, NO turnovers once again.
Play calling, still ugly. So Offense is added to the ugly also.

And adding a Predictable category too.
They won't do what is obvious in the off season [no, not getting into a Garrett thing] but.....
They will not address the most glaring problem....DRAFT A QB....

There is no good. None.

Stinks from top to bottom and all over in between.

If McFadden is a highlight...........I don't have the words.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Not defending Dooley but he has zero to do with the incorporation of route concepts into the scheme itself. The overall design of the offense relies well above his pay grade.

Yes, agree, thought of that after I posted it. It is more the scheme, not directly Dooley. But yet he should have some input on it.
Not to mention he hasn't developed any WR's nor seems to have contributed to their progress.

Come on Alex! He needs to coach up the button hook a little better don't you think!

Good

La'el Allen, I mean La'el Collins. I can't say enough about him. He even has a mean streak - fighting a green bay dl at the end of the game.

Bad

Church, Wilcox
Recievers running routes 1 or 2 yards short of the first down

Ugly

Dez Bryant...but if you don't throw to him he takes his cleats off like a 5 year old.

I really don't blame the defense. Yeah they broke down, but they were out there 30 out of the first 45 minutes it seemed. To get 4 straight punts to start the 2nd half would have gotten almost any offense besides ours back in the game. I don't care about the last TD either, the game was over by then.

On hitch routes, what else can you call when the QB is wildly inaccurate? Slants and posts thrown high and/or wobbly (which was every other throw from Cassel) get picked off. The playcalling was wildly limited by our inability to execute even a simple slant or screen.

I'd def throw the offense, Cassel, and Dez this game into ugly. He had an awful game, but he will bounce back and he's the least of our worries. Well, at least not the worst of them, hah.

Soooo because you don't like DMC or think he's no good, his 111 yard rushing game shouldn't be a highlight? Strong logic.

Agreed. Despite the 28 points, the defense played a great game stopping the best QB in the league. The offense looked inept and couldn't stay on the field.

I'd add Hayden to the bad list but at this point, it's just preaching to the choir.

I focused him on for long stretches and he just got pushed around like a rag doll. But I am sure when the coaches watch the tape, he'll grade out great again in their eyes.

The defense hung in there so you can't blame them. At some point they're going to break down and they did. Replace Church and Wilcox with average safeties and it's a different game.

A quality DT is much needed to put next to Crawford. We keep getting gashed up the middle and Crawford eats too many double teams but hey, being a Marinelli pet goes a long way to starting for this team I guess.

The moment Romo went down the first time and we had the injury bug early on in the season, everything has been out of whack. It's a lost season, Ravens are going through it as well. Sadly, it happens.

The Good: Collins, Lawrence, Crawford, Gregory, Lee, and McClain (though, he's still average in pass coverage)
The Bad: Cassel, Witten
The Ugly: Bryant, lack of turnovers...still.

I really like some of the young talent we have on defense. The light has come on for Lawrence, he's wrecking havoc on some plays. Gregory looked to emerge, no longer a ghost. Wonder if we can bring Green back from the dead?

What I'm hoping to see. Dez needs to be in the doghouse for the drops, that was pathetic. Moore needs to get a chance, he was a winner in college, he deserves a shot in the pros. Butler needs playing time. We need to see more of Irving. Wilcox should only ever start on special teams.

I think i saw McClain getting in his ear at one point.

And is it just me, or does the guy look like an out of shape blob? I get it, I know he's a DT, but even for a DT he looks about as athletic as my grandma.

I just don't get it with him. Yep, he does look unathletic. So if you are unathletic, at least be a monster space eater. He's not even that.

He's just not good and I will have no hope at all for this team in 2016 if they trot him out as the starting DT again. New blood needs to be in here. Either draft a kid or pick up someone in free agency. Enough is enough.

This coaching staff is the bad and the ugly.

There really wasn't much good out there yesterday.

Collins is about the only thing that comes to mind.

Cant blame the defense. They hung in there pretty strong while the offense did absolutely nothing. Holding GB to 4 consecutive punts in the 2nd half gave the offense PLENTY of chances to change the momentum. GB finally got that one long drive midway in the 4th.

The final TD was basically in garbage time.

Ugly: Let's permanently remove the 5 yards before the chains throws on third and long while depending on RAC. If anything epitomizes the Garrett era it is this particular play.

Good - The more glaring the Cowboys bad performances are the more likely the FO is to taking more drastic action to fix it. And upon the end of season evaluation/review, more heads will role. This offseason needs to be bloody.

Bad - The end of the season can't get here fast enough. The appropriate bloodletting can't begin until the season is over. The sooner this happens, the sooner the healing can begin.

Ugly - The memory of what we had in 2014 lingers. A year removed from that and having what we have now is just painful to watch. Put it out of it's misery.

You give up 230 yards rushing; there's no blemish creme to cover that ugliness.
Inablility to stop the run is part of the reason they were out there so long in a game the Packers were very low scoring till the end.
