Jerry needs to look at the psychology of the whole organization. Each and every year this team has faded in December back to 1995, and even that year they tried very hard to do so.

Rarely if ever in the history of the Cowboys has this team finished better than they started. 1971. 1975. 1978. 1990. 1991. 1993. See a pattern?

The Cowboys personality is one of self adoration and cheese eating; by the time the end of the season comes around about 53 Cowboy players heads are so swollen from the adulation of the masses that they forget they have to play football.

The Cowboy December record is crap back through the Landry years. Either we won the Superbowl or we got fat on cheese. The many Cowboys teams that lost in the playoffs all deserved it... except 1970, 1994, and maybe 1978.

1994 we lost to Cleveland at home, 1995, lost to Washington and Philadelphia.

1998, lost to New Orleans and Kansas City

1999 was atrocious, lost to the Jets at home, at New Orleans

You and others that want him gone (I could'nt care less), or for him to make up his mind NOW...

If after the Seattle game, Parcells says "it's over, I'm outta here", then you guys would ridicule him for leaving without getting the job done!
