Our qb is maturing right before our very own eyes. Remember last TC when Romo was talking about being like Brady with standing tall in the pocket and all that crap? Remember the TC practice reports from last year saying "deep pass to Witten on a seam route" and "Deep pass to Owens"? well as we all saw that stuff didn't exactly work out.

Than this offseason Romo said something along the lines of "sportscenter highlights are fun and flashy but they don't win superbowls". now if he's gonna be like a qb this season I think it's gonna be one of our two hall of fame qbs, maybe even a combo of both because of his mobility like Roger had. Just think he's talking about protecting the ball better(like Roger and Troy did) and early reports in TC are saying he's doing 2 things.

#1 Cutting down on his urge for the big play

#2 Throwing to the open man

Both Roger and Troy would spread the ball around and not force the ball hoping to get the big play. Both guys would look to find the open man. Those were 2 things that helped make them successful Superbowl winning, hall of fame qbs. They also had solid running games which I believe we will have this year. Tony along with some help has gotten rid of some big distractions and seems very focused on football right now.

If he continues to improve and do these things than league be warned because a monster is being created in the form of Tony Romo and his team the Dallas Cowboys!

Nice post, but it will fall on deaf ears. Saying positive things about Tony Romo is not in style.
