WOW, this is a love deeper than I have ever seen!!! First off, the Pats played great and are clearly the best team this year, no disrespect to the Colts.... but the media is in overdrive with their affection for the Pats...

Jim Nantz was almost orgasmic watching the Pats, obviously not effected by the fact that he was announcing with only one hand!!! I mean both JN and Simms gushed at times.... The Moss play, did it take anyone in their right mind 5 minutes to see he bobbled the ball, thereby negating any shot at being in bounds.... apparently they didnt see that...

AP article this am, describing the game, headline " Pats turn showdown into rout"....second paragraph, game wasnt as lopsided as the score indicated...."Bardy throws a long touchdown pass to Moss. It was wiped out on replay"...Ah hello, it wasnt a catch.... nice reporting...

Mike and Mike.....Green saying how good Moss is, how he was dominant yesterday, a force in game due to Cowboys doubling him, outplayed Owens.... Owens had the better game, would have been over a 100 yards had 2 plays wiped out....And hello again, Owens is doubled every play, wake up.....

I am not going to whine, I admit Pats are better, deserved the win...but enough already, after yesterday it makes me believe that Green, Nantz and the rest would rather get it on with Brady than Gisele!!! I like Romo, but give me Carrie anyday!!

The same media who said these kinds of things about us in 1993.

Great teams get praised. So what?

To the winner go the spoils. The pats won all three phases of the game yesterday. If we would have won the game in the same fashion they would all be on the Cowboys Jocks.

You may not want to give Moss his due credit, but if not for moss being a main focus of attention do you think Welker and Stalworth would have had the same amount of plays?

It is not always the stats that tell the whole story, sometimes it is what a player does to help others on his team.

Just something to consider.

This may have already been covered, but they are a really good freaking team.

I know this, because we are a really good team, and they beat the hell out of us.

They deserve the love. I just refuse to listen to it. :)

So I guess I fall into the category of all those fans who hated the Cowboys in 93.... You get sick of it.... I actually like the Pats, admire Brady, Bruschi etc....like their game, but after watching the man crush of attention, phew Yuck!!!

As far as Moss, no kidding...attention on him makes others better, same could be said for Crayton with Owens etc... My point is taking an obvious point and expanding it for your use, Greenfag overplaying a point that doesnt apply....

Why shouldn't the media love them? They are a damn good team and have earned it. I tip my hat to the Pats and just hope we get another chance to play them this season

Please, Pats are a very good team and showed it yesterday. If you want to act like a sore loser that is up to you but as TO said yesterday I tip my hat to the Pats they beat us stright up and did not cheat they made the plays and we did not. You want spoils of victory then you go out and win. Do that and the media will love you.

Tom Brady is a pretty darn good quarterback.

I had an 80's niners flashback or two yesterday with all the NE passing going on.

Somewhat overlooked on this board (and rightly so) is that we lost to a team that is on a historic pace as far as points scored and a QB on a historic pace as far as touchdowns thrown. I don't like the fact that they are earning their praise at the expense of the Cowboys, but the praise is justified.
