My how the once mighty NFC East has fallen. Three games into the season and the Cowboys are already in the drivers seat. Could playing in such a weak division hurt the Cowboys? In the glory years, the NFC East was the toughest division in the league. The team was already battle hardened for the playoffs from all the tough division games. I truly believe we have the makings of a "Super" team this year, yet so far it doesn't look like we will have any challenges in the division. Anyone else concerned that this could hurt us come playoff time?

Playoffs are a long way away. Let's get there first, then we can about whether or not being in a weak division will hurt us. I doubt it will, though, since pretty much anything can happen once you get there.

Don't worry my friend, for history has shown us that this has the makings of another Giants superbowl.

It's still the first Quarter of the season.

Let's wait a little longer before we burry all these teams.

Eli better hope he can get some run support, the lack of run support is exposing Eli big time. Hey Eli, Romo's been doing that for years; this year may be different with a healthy Demarco though.

I see an Eagles loss tomorrow, a Giants loss in Arrowhead but also wouldn't be shocked if they looked like world beaters, and a Commanders win but wouldn't count out Oakland doing just enough.

I like Dallas tomorrow but I'm also concerned about a letdown.

The entire division is really hard to get a read on. It seems each team has it's Jekyl and Hyde with Dallas having been the least bipolar so far.

The 2011 Giants were 9-7, were a third-and-5 play away from not even making the playoffs, played in a very weak NFC East that year, yet went on to win the Super Bowl.

The Patriots have played in a weak AFC East for over a decade, and have appeared in five Super Bowls in the past thirteen seasons.

we can be 2-2 easily if we beat ourselves. The spreadEagles can be 2-2 also with a upset.. You never know in the NFCE. But I think with our Defense we should be good

I was wrong. This team does not enough heart to be "super". We will hover around .500 which may win the pathetic (L)East division and end up being first round fodder.

We won't win the east. I'd bet money on it. Have zero faith left after this today.

Can't argue with you. This team has no heart. I guess the motivation we saw last week was from Hatcher's speech. Garrett seems incapable of motivating this team.

So you think todays team was unmotivated and that is the reason they lost?

I wish it were something as simple as motivation. The problems run much deeper than that, in my opinion. The talent is overrated and the coaching has been suspect.

Garrett has shown himself to be a .500 coach, at best. He's not getting any better. His most impressive stretch of games occurred when he was wearing the interim tag.

I personally believe we have the talent it takes on both sides of the ball. I just don't feel the coach is getting the most out of them. Grown men need motivation too. I thinks that was one of Jimmy Johnson's best qualities. He was a master at motivating. I guess it didn't wear off on Garrett.

We've been having this discussion for three years now. I'm tired of it. It's stale. That's not a knock against you.

I agree 100%. I am tired of this too. I am ready to get off of the .500 roller coaster.
