Cardinals and Chargers already received extension to sell tickets and now the Bengals get one this week a surprising 4-1 team at that

Teams need to reform their gameday scenarios. It's just not worth it in alot of those stadiums.

Hmmmm...do I want to be overcharged for tickets, sit a mile away from the action, raped by concessions and parking all day - or do I want to sit on my comfy couch, with several TVs running crystal clear HD and all the snacks and beer I want for cheap?

If I lived in Dallas I would definitely choose the live stadium. But I see why people don't. The cost is prohibitive, and the experience isn't superior enough to justify the cost and headache of attending the game.

I agree. Given the economy right now for a lot of people they just can't afford to go to the games. The league is trying to work with clubs to give extensions to avoid the blackouts because of this. Personally I think they need to take it a bit further as in clubs reducing the cost of tickets or at least the NFL could say 80% tickets sold will be considered a sellout.
