I know this is a long ways away but I was looking at the television schedules today and saw that the Greenbay game was scheduled to be televised by the NFL network. Does that mean if I don't have the NFL network I don't get to see the game?

I don't like the idea of the games on the NFL network or even ESPN to begin with but if it means that people who don't pay for the channel can't watch it....that is ridiculous.

So how will that week go as far as who will be able to televise the game?

THe ones who have NFL network will get it

Those who don't can either sit at home and whine, or go to a sportsbar/Watch on the internet

Your choice.

Well I don't have the NFL Network for many reasons, the top being that its rediculous for a leauge with money like the NFL has to continue to try and find ways to exploit its huge fan base just so that it can make more money...really there is no other purpose behind the network. So I WILL sit and whine and email cooperate NFL repeatedly. Then I will go watch the game at a sports bar, then I will get back and start the emailing again.

Its their freaking product, they can do what they want with it.

*If you live in one of the cities playing you will get it on a local station as long as it isn't blacked out at home by not selling out. If you don't then you probably wouldn't have gotten it in your area anyway.

If you live in Dallas or Green Bay, you will get to watch it on a local network without NFL Network.

Not true here in Austin. We see every cowboy game there is (including preseason) as long as it is not on NFL Network. If the game is on NFL network you better not have time warner cable. Truly blows that I can't see the cowboys on these days. I still don't have a good solution either, because I don't want the dish. I can't really go to so sports bar as I have younger kids, and the wife and I both love the Cowboys. It is bs that Time Warner and the NFL have not gotten this resolved. We really need to meet some other cowboy fans that have NFL Network, but havn't.

I don't know who is really at fault, but surly they are loosing money in this market because they can't come together.
