Sorry if it is redundant thread, since I didn't see one on Jerry. But right on queue, Jerry spouts off. And down go the Cowboys. He puts undue pressure on the team again. He admitted couple of weeks ago, he did that on the opening game of the stadium.

His team will collapse again now and he will hire yet another Coach, puppet or not, and cry the crocadile tears about getting it right. Results will be the same. Players continously screw up without accountability. Wade will be fired. I know, there is chance this team could go 3-1 or 4-0 rest of the 4 games. But I have a feeling, cowboys wont do it.

I see a beat down by Chargers and Saints coming.

Yep, he is hell bent on proving all the critics wrong. So don't expect much to change there. He will continue to hold the power and continue to do the same stupid thing on Coaching hires. I never had problem with Jerry the GM when it comes to aquiring talent. But he is absolutely pathetic on coaching hires and staying out of the way.

hey man, I can't stand JJ with all his BS and theatrics BUT this loss and the other one you speak of aren't on him IMO. My god , he's trying to get them to man up. Go out and BALL and win one: they shrink up and go into the fetal position every TIME there is a game of this maginitude. Irvin, Jimmy, Emmitt use to relish this stuff. We had guys HELPING UP GSPOTS at the end of the game: saw brady james do it twice. NIce, easy, SOFT team. Has been since Wade the michelin man came to town. One game it'll be the offense, one game it'll be the defense , today it was the defense and special teams. The penalties are endless. They couldn't even execute a correct ONSIDE frigging KICK at the end of the game: ball went 5 yards and you got Cowboys celebrating: just a humiliating, nauseating, embarassing waste of talent and time: due to Wade and his band of idiots coaching them up. NOT JOnes' fault this time my friend: no way, no how: except for the simple fact he hired him and now has to live with it for 4 more games: as we sadly do as well.

If the team can't take a little pressure from their owner, they can't take pressure from any other team now or in the playoffs. They might as well just be a bunch of babies and cry waaah! This part of the season is all about pressure if they want to do something.

Seriously, the players need to take ownership of this situation. When the same Thing happens continusly it's on the players. I'm tired of hearing about Jerry's to blame or Wade, it's on the PLAYERS!!!!

REally, tell me any other team in NFL whose Owner/GM has his radio shows and talks so much to the media? Especially any team that has winning record? I guess it worked out well for Jerry, since as soon as he talked about December pressure etc., his team gave up. Whats he going to do? Sit the players? Fat chance for that. He will fire the coach and expect different results.

After 12 years of December meltdowns and playoff frivolity, it should be apparent to everyone there's something intrinsically flawed with the manner in which Jerry runs this team.

Jerry deserves plenty of blame, for the coaching hires and some of the people he chooses to give huge contracts to, but it's not his fault that the defense decides to piss it's own pants in December.

So what if he does?

Where is their any correlation between an owner saying something and a team losing?

This team needs to start believing in themselves instead of some contrived media invention of a December curse or fallout, and if that was JJ's way of saying that, then maybe they should start listening and playing up to their potential.

You are right. Jerry needs to take the blame for this teams problems. Overpaying Flozell Adams, Barber, and Newman. His involvement in too many of the Cowboys coaching decisions and babying players when they are not playing to their abilities.

This team will continue to have issues until Jerry Jones correct his own problems that he causes.
