Just think they my just have the worst team in football while their mortal enemy is poised for yet another Super Bowl run.

And they don't just suck near term, they are uniquely positioned to suck for quite some time.

1) They have a QB who sucks just enough to hang onto his job. Perhaps even beyond this year.
2) They have a coach in his first year in way over his head. Tough to fire a coach after just one year.

I say Campbell and Zorn deserve a firm commitment from management on a 5 year plan.:laugh2:

To be fair, it was only week 1-they may be mediocre, but they'll still give us, the Eagles, and the Giants fits when we play head-head.

They better hope this one works because that franchise is going to get no where firing their coach every season.

I also cant believe their fans buy into the "talent" they think is on that team.

They have a few bright spots but a lot of their guys are way over rated.

You want to know why Scouts inc rates us so high in all those categories? Because they watch the damn games.

Washington.... Face it... You suck.

I laugh when I see your players laughing after a loss on National television as well.

Zorn and Campbell sound like some of the best assets the cowboys have...they will make sure the Commanders stay at the bottom of the NFL East.

I would have to say that Campbell does not look like a capable NFL QB right now....but then again, it could be worse -- Jackson at Minn is probably the worst in the league. Both of these guys should be replaced, yesterday...or sooner.

Also, I personally try not to inflict any bad karma on my favorite team. After one game we're looking great, and they're looking pretty sad but this is the NFL and it can change in the blink of an eye.

Their conditioning coach sucks too-I know injuries are part of the game, but why they get so many every year is beyond me.

LOL, it has to be horrible to be a Commander fan. The absolute worse part of being a Commander fan is knowing that you root for the same team that TR1 "claims" to root for. To be affiliated with that idiot in any way, shape or form has to be embarassing. He's actually claiming that its no big deal that we won against Cleveland for they're a winless team.

They're not that far off... I think if they just use some free agent money and draft picks on wide receivers next year, they'll be back.

Agree totally. This season is way too young to predict anything.

We could implode, and the deads could rise, I don't think so, but you never know.

Yeah, it's nice to see the skins and niners be really bad. It makes it better to be a cowboy fan.

I've been living in the DC area for a few years now, and I've never seen the mood around here quite like this just one game into the season. Even before the seasons started, I'd say most fans had a resigned acceptance that the Commanders would stink.

Lucky for them the Rams exist so there's actually a team that looked less NFL ready than the Skins, but not by much. Their offense is terrible all around, and the defense is suspect. JC is not a West Coast QB by any stretch of the imagination. Their line is old, injury prone, and not as talented as it used to be. It's going to be a long year.

It's hard to take you seriously as a sports fan when you say the Commanders is the Worst Team in the League.

Have you seen these teams play?

Rams
Texans
Lions
Dolphins

At least Joe Gibbs left them in good shape.

I did. I'd take the Texans and the Dolphins over the Skins straight up at this early juncture.

You may have a point that you're probably better than the Rams and Lions. The OP did say 'may' have the worst team in the league, btw.

This is a Dallas cowboys board.

Have some class.

If you think the Commanders stink good for you. What is the point of these threads?

Choc. Lab is right: they need to trade some more picks for a bigger wR: two number ones for Roy Williams of Detroit? Wouldn't put it past the midget. I agree with another poster that their defense is serviceable. Lost on offense right now...I hope it lasts for another fifteen weeks. (we need to sweep their sorry arses this year BTW)
