Curiosity question: What is the oldest Cowboys game you have, in its entirety, on video?

I have a 1978 Monday night game, Cowboys vs. Colts.

Someone on this site tipped me off a couple years ago about this guy who has TONS of old games that he reproduces on DVDs. Many have the original commercials too. If I can find the guy's information, I can post it.

I have all the Cowboys Super Bowls (victories). They're fantastic!

I sure hope you can find the info about this guy. You know,it's funny but wouldn't you think the networks would have all the old games on videotape somewhere,and could make a ton of money offering them converted to DVD?
Seems I remember another guy who had thousands of games.both college and pro,about 8-9 years ago.

I have that also. It's great to look at it every now and then.

I also have the 2nd quarter of SB V. Unfortunately, that one still gives me heartburn. I still believe if Roger was the starting QB that year we win that game easily. Morton was a terrible big game QB. He was atrocious in SB V.

ironically theres an episode of the Odd Couple (one of my fav episodes) that shows several scenes from this game as Oscar joins Cosell in the booth

I use to have Walker's first game with us. 1985 Monday Nite Week One. Classic game. Cant find it. Oldest remaining game I have is 1989 week one preseason at S.D. It's Aikman's first game action with us.
Madden and Summeral did the game and Madden was very impressed with Troy.

The guy has a ton of games... not just Cowboy games. And I can vouch that they're tremendous!

The quality of the broadcast varies somewhat, but you have to remember that we're talking about some games that aired over 30 years ago!

The Super Bowls I got from him also have a lot of the pre and post game broadcast, as well as a few commercials sprinkled in for nostalgia's sake.
