Maybe, but the court of public opinion can judge and convict, especially when mass media gets on board. I don't believe his lack of outright denial makes him guilty, but it also does not make me believe he's innocent either, which is why I said I don't have an opinion on what he did or did not do.Why hasn't Elliott not been saying anything to the press at all? Why does Elliott like chicken more than fish?
Incredulity is not an argument. Not all people act like you would or want them to.
You are right, what I think or expect is irrelevant, but what I have been reading by people all of the internet including on many non-sports sites, the court of public opinion right now thinks the NFL went soft on him. If he's okay with having that hang over his head long after his suspension ends, that's his right of course.
