The only bad news from game- Brandon Williams

Looks like this is why Octavian played as much as he did, I never even noticed B Williams out there but apparently he injuried his knee:

Rookie outside linebacker Brandon Williams just can’t catch a break. After missing the first preseason game with not one, but two shoulder injuries, the rookie from Texas Tech comes back in a rush this week so he can get on the field and play.

But not even two series into the second half, Williams suffers a knee injury while running down on a punt. His injury status is unknown, but we know it’s at least something to keep him out again.

Sure, he’s a fourth-round pick, but there’s no guarantees on this roster, especially if you’re not playing. We can only hope, for his sake, this is nothing too serious.

Players can't be placed on PUP now. Those who began training camp on PUP could have continued on it, but once they are removed and return from practice, there's no going back to it. So if he's injured badly enough, it's IR and he's gone for the season. Otherwise, you're looking at either making space for an injured rookie on the 53-man roster or trying to sneak him through waivers onto the practice squad.
