It wasn't his fault entirely, though. That Buffalo franchise has been in turmoil ever since Wade Phillips benched Flutie for Rob Johnson going into the playoffs.

Williams has had absolutely nothing to work with in his tenure there. The OL is always different every year. Twice they invested the franchise in QBs, only to blow up in their face. Overall-they just don't have an identity anymore.

Why not? He's not yet proven, but he deserves at least another shot.

I wouldn't book that...the teams that are going to be after him are the Lions and NO and a few other crappy teams...can you expect him to leave for them? Especially when we are in the Playoff hunt which he has never been in? Or even if his family is enjoying DC, and his kids go to school there?

i believe he does cause the Commanders defense uses 3-4 4-3 3-3 and so on but he isn't the guy i want if we need to add pressure on the QB How about the jet Defensive Coordinator and we can pick mick martz as a Offensive coordinator
